The system is a native BACnet DDC system including web browser access, 3D graphical interface, trending, custom scheduling and programming. All pneumatic actuators and sensors were replaced with new electronic devices. Re-commission and optimize mechanical systems including AHU’s, Re-Heats, VAV’s, Glycol heat-recovery, and replacement of Vortex Dampers with VFDs on Fans to re-implement pressure control.
