Overview New Building Automation System and integrations, with connection to the school division front end, at their head office.

New HVAC controls system utilizing Reliable Controls© products: Mach Pro Sys, Mach Pro Point, Mach Pro Air. The system is a native BACnet DDC system including web browser access, 3D graphical interface, operator workstation, trending, custom scheduling and programming. Mechanical systems controlled include 4 AHU’s, 1 Rooftop ERV, Re-Heats, 2 Boilers, 1 Chiller, 78 VAV’s, Radiant Panels.
BACnet integration of 3rd party equipment such as chiller, VFDs, boilers, and Ductless split Fancoils.
