Hunter Memorial Hospital Controls Upgrade

Phase 1 Building Automation System retrofit utilizing Reliable Controls© products, Mach-Pro Web, Mach Pro Sys, Mach Pro Point, and Mach Pro Zone.

The system is a native BACnet DDC system including web browser access, 3D graphical interface, operator workstation, trending, custom scheduling and programming.

All pneumatic actuators and sensors were replaced with new electronic devices. Re-commission and optimize HVAC system including CO2 monitoring (on demand ventilation), and optimal start/stop scheduling.

To fit the customers’ budget the existing zone controls were integrated with the new main plant controls.

Phase 2 BACnet integration of new Trane Chiller via MS/TP including addition of graphics to existing workstation, alarming, trending, and interlocking with existing systems.
